Will Ford drop the v8 in the Gen 2

I don't think there is a large displacement DOHC coming.

    stripped Raptor

I actually agree with this a lot. Go now and order it exactly how you want it. The longer you wait the more likely you are to end up overpaying for a truck off a lot somewhere.

Will Ford drop the v8 in the Gen 2

Only the higher ups at Ford know the answer to your questions. I don't think there is any chance that Ford would bother to put the 7.3 in an F-150 model that is about to be completely redesigned, though. The 5.2 would package about the same as the 5.0, which is already offered in the current F-150.

    2020... any hints?

Manual settings for the suspension would be pretty cool and another way (in addition to the forthcoming V8) to better compete with the TRX.

    The Build Begins :)

Raptor lift dude, we get it, you are rich. You can put your pecker away now and stop pissing on the thread. We're just here to see what Kamil has planned for his Raptor. And in particular to see if he's going to finally be the one to put down some big boy power with a Gen 2.

Will Ford drop the v8 in the Gen 2

Not exactly. I don't have to worry about grenading a supercharger, either. And I have one.

Will Ford drop the v8 in the Gen 2

Mine makes more power at the rear wheels than yours makes at the crank. And it's still much less likely to spin a bearing. And it definitely won't blow a turbo. Or crack an oil pan.

What a Tried and true 600 upgrades

Not sure that I would consider anything Hennessey does as "tried and true", but here are the specs from their alleged 600 horsepower truck... http://hennesseyperformance.com/vehicles/ford/f-150-raptor/2017-ford-f-150-raptor/velociraptor-600-twin-turbo/ At one time I think they may have offered...

    Forged Offroad IWE lines

The guys at KHC tried installing a set of these lines for me recently. After smoke testing them, we switched back to stock.

Do the '19's have the same issues as '17 and '18?

It runs fine on both but doesn't make the claimed horsepower unless you run 93 octane.
