Yes, it would be best to call SDI at 714-464-2050 and ask for me or cody. We can help out getting the order processed. The actual controller is 2.22" across. So it sounds like that pillar mount may work. We haven't tried it.
The ride height change doesn't affect the system. If you change the ride height, you may need adjust the IMU to make sure it is level. If you re-valve the shocks, we need to change the tune in the ECU for the re-valve and spring/collar harness.
Thank you for the inquiry. We currently work on the 2012-14 Gen 1 raptors. You will need to source the front upper shock mount from either Camburg or Crazy House Customs. You will need to figure out the mounting screen. We just haven't had time to figure that part out yet. We are running...
If you have done the revalve with us, we do have a different tune for the front shocks if you add on a leveling kit or aftermarket springs. If you have not done the re-valve, no need to reprogram our ecu. Rear springs doesn't matter.
There has been a ton of Facebook and Instagram post on how they are loving the ECLIK on the raptor. Check out Raptor junkies, other Raptor groups on face book and Instagram.
You may need to copy and paste into your header bar. Here is our website. https://eclikshocks.com/raptor/ Here are the youtube links https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=suspension+direct+eclik
We have sold a bunch of kits without the re-valving. Seems like Facebook is a better source for more reviews. Kimarie from Raptor Junkies and Chuck from Raptor Addiction have tested the system both ways. We have a bunch of videos popping up daily. Keep an eye on our Instagram page @sdiracing.
Awesome. Let us know when your ready. Thank you for the offer. All our testing on Gen 1 & 2 raptors is finalized and have been shipping products for a coupd months now.
I taller spring will not lift the vehicle. Spring rate is what lifts the truck. We adjust everything on the software. There are some Youtube Videos just released by Keep It Dirty that show the comparisons of all the different trucks and modes. Here is the link. Check it out.
We don't have a preference on springs. I think all the aftermarket springs are too stiff. They also limit the amount of down travel, as they are holding the shock shaft down further than it was designed. But to argue with myself, a collar does the same thing. I think the stock springs are a...
Cesar (white truck) was one of our R&D trucks. We only need to revalve a set one time. We did his 4 times to get the best outcome. We kept putting his back on the dyno looking for better numbers. We make the shock way better with a revalve. I even if you don’t use our system. The shock was made...
The system works great with the FRS 3.0 shocks. Our system is not the issue with the shocks. We can't fix with electronics what Fox made. The shock lets go on the rebound. we tried to fix it with the valving, but the re-circulation system lets go.
Glad to see you coming around to the dark side. We literately just need to find a suitable mounting location for the screen. Every thing else has been checked and works jut fine. I have talk with Steve. His hands are little tied up right now with the hurricane damage. I will reach...
1. We have tested and had no issues with the dreaded CEL. 2.The system comes with a 1 yr warranty. Like most electronic systems these days. 3. We do discounts. You need to keep an eye on our IG or check with any of our dealers.
We have tested the canbus data from a 12-14 Gen 1. We haven’t test it for the 10-12 trucks yet. What year is yours? Sorry, the answer is yes. It really doesn’t matter to us what vehicle it’s on. We just need to get the CANBUS data we need.
We actually took off bypasses on a truck in the front. We haven’t tested yet on adding them back in. We can add that to a long list for possibilities. Maybe some one who has them can give up some in world results.
The 3.0 FRS came out really good with the revalve, but the OEM shocks holds the rebound better. We think the recirculation system has a check ball, that lets go and the rebound has limitations on the FRS shocks.
