Normal AC operation per owners manual as someone already stated. It was that way in my wife’s 2020 explorer ST as well, I believe all current model fords do it. Owners manual gives the reason why.

Hit the air flow button, is anything highlighted? I’ve never had this happen while driving, only when starting it and hear the fan but nothing coming out the vents. Then I see no air flow setting is selected, once I select the middle one it comes on.

In the other thread on the Suspension section, a members rear shocks were replaced and it didn’t fix the issue.

When you roll it up it hits the top and then backs down? That’s how I’m understanding it. Easy fix: lift and hold window button UP until it hits the top and stays there. It’s how you set it. Had this issue on my wife’s Explorer ST and have had this happen twice on my gen 3.

Go read every comment, some have done many things to duplicate and then troubleshoot.

I’m not getting the sound with the front area, I get it when I bounce the bed up and down. Not coming from the shocks or driveshaft. It sounds like it’s near the bed and cab junction area. Literally sounds like all my other trucks so I’m gonna leave it alone for now.
