Never heard of kevlar paint. Line-X can be a good alternative.

Installed the k&n filter and cleaned the engine bay. I also ordered moto metal wheels in 17inch size.
Tarminator and a brush worked for me. Then I cleaned the surface thoroughly using APC.
Not sure if slotted rotors help in producing more dust, though I believe its the compound of the pads that affects the amount of brake dust.
