I have a 2020 Leadfoot and went to drive a 2024 and 2025 802As yesterday. I have to say, while I love the new tech, i didn't like the softer ride, and the body roll. While comfortable over bumps and what not--i prefer the more high performance feel of my 2020.
But...with 78k miles on mine now...
Thank heavens I bought a 100K mile extended warranty--just had my 2020 transmission rebuilt for the second time--so wondering if the 2024/2025 transmissions are any better?
I have a bead on a 2024 37 package with 5800 miles. Dealer is asking $85k.
I ordered a 2025--but Ford hasn't scheduled it...
I too was starting to have really hard upshifts and downshifts with my 2020. Thank heavens I purchased a 100K extended warranty, so at 75k miles, took it into Ford today for a transmission rebuild. Only a $100 deductible.
Still love the truck, but ordered a 2025 just in case.
Thanks all-
i use new cords, but i shouldn’t have to go through the setup prompts for car play every time i start the truck.
i will go online to learn how to do the master reset. Hopefully it will solve the camera issue too.
Thanks again.

I also get times where the screen stays black, and plays the FM Channel last...
I have a 2020, and I am having an intermittent issue where my transmission doesn't shift into high gears. For example, I entered the freeway the other day, and after getting up to speed, I realized I was stuck at 4000 RPMs and in 4th gear--nor did my gear indicator next to the gauge cluster show...
I just noticed in my owners manual that you are not supposed to run the Raptor through car washes that have a track to pull you through. It says to hand wash--which I do in the summer--or use in a touch less, stationary bay.
But with the heavy winters in Utah--I only have the choice of...
I purchased my 2020--all options except Recaro's--at invoice--$68k. Order window opens 6/10 for the 2021s--so will see what my trade-in value is then. But while my value will drop by the time the 2022s hit--thinking of waiting as well for the 2022 so the 21's bugs or recalls are worked out...
