    Sorry, just now seeing this. USAA took their sweet ass time. Just over a month for them to do the investigation and send funds. But to be fair, the truck was way out in the middle of nowhere. So it took forever to find an adjuster to go take a look at the crispy frame. I did have the feature that pays additional 20% of ACV and that helped out big time.

    Once their numbers came in they were only $300.00 off from where I was on my figures so I didnt argue. The biggest issue was that since it was over $50,000 payout, it had to keep going to a supervisors approval. And there were errors 3 times so that added an additional two weeks.
