  • Hey just saw this, sorry about that. I had to make my own wiring harness. I also put in a 40 amp relay, and a 30 amp fuse, used 10 gauge wire. I ran my ground to a ground strap next to the right headlight under the hood. I attached the #1 outfitter switch, (15 Amp) to the relay to turn light bar on and off. I pulled the black bumper cover off and also removed the black cover around the tow hooks. I used a 3/8 drill bit that was 15 inchs long to drill the back edge of the bumper coming up from the bottom by the tow hooks. once I had the holes drilled I set the light bar with the brackets back on the bumper and marked the bottom of the brackets, then drilled the holes with a 5/16th drill bit. used a 5/16th by 3/4 long bolt and lock nut to mount bracket to bumper. I used 3/3 angle to make the brackets out of. I will try and draw them and send it to you.
    Hi,
I ve followed your post on the 42 inches light bar and really appreciated the set up.
I ve just ordered the exact same bar and would like to you know if you could share some additional info. How did you connect the bar (to which fuse/harness/wire), how did you drill the bumper and what bolts did you use and finally do you have any sketches for your brackets?
I should receive the bar in a week so no rush but it would be very helpful!
Going to install it on a blue scab...
Enjoy your raptor and have a good day
    Mathieu
