The hell? I live in lz and the only two raptors I've seen driving around town are my neighbor (black screw, methods and toyos, light cannons), and some kid who's parents bought him a blue scab (street queen nonetheless)

I got a hand held you can use. We are meeting at 10:00am in the parking lot.
