I go camping quite often. Usually 2 times a month. About 6 months ago my fiancé and I decided to sleep in the cab. We folded up the rear seat, slid the front seats forward, threw down a double sleeping bag, and were quite comfortable. It sure beats being out in the elements or having to setup a tent.

Does anyone know of a company that makes a rear floor size mattress or thick foam pad? I have seen the inflatable rear seat ones, but feel like there would be more room on the floor.

Thanks!

The wife and I use one of those self-inflatable mattresses when we go to the drive-in. Its very comfortable, they are usually twin size.

I did that one night waiting on the electrician at the ranch and could hardly walk the next day. Doable but not comfy.

eh.... i sleep in my truck all the time. my drive from california to trr was 1800 miles(?) i think. i stopped at random rest stops and sleep for a few hours. also at trr, i prefer to sleep in my truck. nobdy can hear me snore, and all the sound deadening in my truck makes for a quiet night. but im short enough to almost lay flat in the back seat so i stay comfy

Yea I just fold up the back seat, put the foam down, and a sleeping nag on top. Makes for a quiet and secure nights sleep.
