Does this cool option shut off when the auto stop kicks in? Might be kinda weird to listen to V8 sound when the motor isn't even running.......

They do it on the regular ecoboost right now so find someone that has a new ecoboost and see if the sound stops when start/stop is active.

You can turn the sounds off with Ford's IDS tool or with a little wiring.

Why would ANYONE on the INSIDE want to hear a fake V8 sound ?? It would be like the rice eater commercials with V8 sound tracks. Impress yourself ?? Hide the fact you have a pissy engine??
Kind of like the phony Range Rover ad. Babe waits in the boonies for hubby to show up and haul her/dogs over to the other side of the water..... How'd she call him, cell tower in the arctic?? How long did she wait for him to get there?? How'd the sled get to the other side, it wasn't in the car?? where did they both go ?? Dumb !!

In all honesty, I rarely turn the radio on in my Raptor. Probably count on one hand the number of times the radio has been on in three years. That probably would change if I ever get a gen2. Might have to get Noah to pump in some bass.

Don't think that is the wife. Think it is just supposed to be some damsel in distress with her sled dogs that he happens upon. Happens all the time with a Range Rover.
