Any Georgia or South East events?

I'm a new owner 2012 black screw in Asheville, NC. I'm interested in all meets within 5hrs. The one with the out door shooting range would be awesome!

Outer Banks is supposed to have utv trails and allows vehicles on the beach. Even if there wasn't much off road available- a ocean side meet/cook out/photo shoot would be glorious!

Waiting on an email back from the site coordinator. Might be a quick drive down to scope it out with some local guys for a day. then if all is what it seems on the web site we can plan a bigger event.

No sure don't. Is there a website or something to check it out? I'm only about an hour and a half north of there

No I don't think so. It's not really a park or anything. I guess it's private property that they just let people ride on. A guy at work told me that he used to go ride fourwheelers out there a few years ago. He said any given weekend there would be 30 or 40 people out there riding and hanging out. You can google Albany sand pits and see some pictures and maybe read about it. I'm about 2 hours away. I wouldn't mind checking it out one weekend. I know there's a lot of southeast raptors with nowhere good to play at. He also said there are some trails through the woods following the river. I'm not sure if they would be raptor friendly. Either way we should check it out one day out of curiosity

I did a quick search and it looks pretty cool. There are a couple youtube clips of guys riding there but they are from a few years ago. Doesn't seem to be anything recent.

Is anyone close to that area? As in close enough to wanna ride by and check it out and then report back? I would hate to try and set something up and it turn out to be a bust

All of these ideas aren't too far from me to drive from Jax FL. I'd be in after hunting season ends in Jan.
