Auto- Hentzschel. I amin South Africa and have same problem. How do I get it sorted. Must I remove my Radio?

Im assuming ACM is " Audio Controll Module?"Would I be able to install by myself?

Normally yes. Maybe a repairhop in your near will help you.
All is plug & play.
I remember anywhere here in the forum is a install guide for radio/nevi units. I think I comes from the car stereo company.
