if your using it strictly for cooling no you don't have to but if your using it to cool and as a power adder/octane booster then yes regardless of what water **** setup you choose to run

I have the Alkycontrols 100% **** kit. It's the best thing on the market, and the price shows it too. If you are not boosting, **** kits are not worth it IMO

I'm running the Snow Performance 2 Stage system with a Whipple, I am happy with it. But like the other guy said unless you are using it and retuning then you are throwing your money away.
