I'm looking hard at significantly upgrading my 20 in the bumper. I will then have a "cheap" 20" bar with no where to put it but thinking I could put it in the upper grille with some amber covers on it.

Do you guys think this will stay or rattle off as it will obviously need some custom mounts, has it been done?

Where would you put this extra 20" light ? I'm open to ideas.

By upper grill do you mean above or below the FORD in the grill? Either way it is completely doable with some custom brackets and shouldn't rattle off with the proper hardware. Still haven't seen your truck around these parts.... mine was keyed a couple weeks back so I have to get that repaired.

That sucks! Any ideas who did it?

I mean anywhere in the grill just not the bumper that everyone calls lower grill. My truck is always around the west end of Halifax but almost never in Dartmouth. I've seen you a few times in traffic while I was working.

Ford Raptor F150 SVT 30" Behind The Grill LED Light Bar Kit 2010 2014 | eBay

This seems like a good option, i have been debating picking it up

I agree however mine is a 20" so there will be a good 5" on each side that will need to bolt to the support.

Right on, I have a 40" below my FORD grill, just some L brackets mounting it and it hasn't moved at all, some extended ones to fit a 20 would work no problem, just using factory holes in there as well, no drilling.

It actually happened on base, but the MPs couldn't find anything on the cameras.

I made a bracket to mount a extra 20" I had above the Ford in the grill and am going to add two 6" ambers on either side. I did have to move the one horn down a little. I just bought some 1/4" flat steel 2" wide and bent the ends in a vice like a L and mounted it to the two bolts on either end of the radiator. Then I mounted the light bracket that comes with the lights in the center of it. I only had it installed for a couple of days to make sure it would work and it was fine. Getting ready to paint it this weekend.

The KC FLEX Series 20" Array LED light bar might be a darn good "significant upgrade" to consider at the bumper location! [emoji106]
