What Oil/Filter do you use?

Funny thing is my old 3,0 ranger used the same filter

Mobil 1 Extended and Ford Racing Filter

I use the K&N filter, 10 micron (one of the best) anti drain back valve, less than 5.00 each.. For the price I have not found a better filter with microns below 20....

I did a Motorcraft blend / Motorcraft filter at 2500 miles.

At 5000, and every 5000 interval afterwards, I use Mobil 1 or Castrol Syntec (whichever is on sale at Autozone at the time) Mobil 1 or Bosch Filter. I change it myself. I don't trust anyone else to do it.

I honestly think the Motorcraft Synthetic Blend and Motorcraft FL-820S are good enough. I don't have any oil analysis to back that up though.

Motorcraft Synthetic blend, K&N filter. Oil analysis has been good every time!

I'm an Amsoil user and I am very big on using the best filter and from what I found Amsoil wins there too.
