Thanks - any recommended tuner? Where can I get a custom tune to download for the Roush, are these readily available?

Is raising the rev limit safe? I don't see many people doing that.

I would assume there is always going to be the risk of increased wear and tear in increasing rev limit, but for the very short and infrequent amount of times I will be running at or close to limiter I don't see too much harm. I just know there have been a couple of times I have wished I had just a bit more when dune climbing without having to shift with the risks in the soft sand here in Dubai.

Stand BF Goodrich All Terrains - I don't intend changing the speed limiter, just rev limiter, so tires shouldn't have an impact.

Changing your final drive ratio to allow you to run the next taller gear, right at the 4300-5500 torque/horsepower peaks, would probably be the best, but not cheapest option.
