Parking Brake Light

Still having this park brake issue with my truck. I thought they had fixed it last week but within 48 hours its back. I mentioned about the recall and other dealers replacing the cables for the fix, they said its not the cables and no recalls on my truck.
Anyone else know how to convince them its the cables?

There is a recall on the cable, it is too long. Ford is remanufacturing a shorter one. The service department told me it can't be adjusted... You need to contact your service department so they can get one on order.

Dealership said no recall on the truck so I called Ford and they said no recall in Canada or the USA.

Allow me to look into this, justvettn. Please send the odometer reading; I'll see what resources are available. In the same vein, I suggest booking an appointment with your preferred dealer at your earliest convenience.

I have my Raptor at the dealer today and they are ordering in a new emergency brake cable, also replacing the damaged wheel, fingers crossed!
Just waiting for the shuttle to come pick me up.
