Use one of these keyless entry keypad from ford. I had one on my Shelby and one from nissan on my xterra.

Just stick it on and program it like any key fob. The cool thing is that you can stick it anywhere.

Ive got this handle laying around and may use it for a trial. Obviously it is a drivers but It will be a good template to use for the passenger side. But also have about every different style/type of keypad that was available (minus the latest and greatest 'capacitive touch' keypad which I am not a fan of the functionality)

@robnfl I am not a big fan of the stick-on keypad. It works just fine, but I like the factory look, but thats just my personal opinion.

It will take some patience and a steady hand with a Dremel tool or similar to punch out the holes for the numbers. I am not sure if the handles can be disassembled to swap the handle bezel from the left and put it on the right.
@robnfl, I bet your thinking... Why the f would I spend all that time to cut, splice and so on, hoping that I can get the electronics to work, just to have it look factory...)

13raptorcrew bro exactly my same sentiments. I want a full on OEM appearance and the stick-on keypad looks... tacky. Quick fix? Yes. Looks good? No.

See I honest to God think this might be a good little Forum Vendor product niche. See how fast the 3rd Position Door Detent (Better Door Detent by 3Star Labs?) took off. People will pay for a modified OEM product if its done right and well.

If someone made a butt load of carefully modified Passenger side Keypad door handle pieces w/ pads etc. and included instructions bet they'd make a small killing if the time involved making this wasn't too terribly intricate.

Nah...I completely understand! Good luck with the project, and keep us up to date.
