Good luck. They seem to be a good group of people to work with if they ever would return your phone calls or followup on commitments. They obviously have a lot going on which says something to the product they are putting out.

No need to talk down on them, office isn't very staffed, mostly all of the work day is spent out in the shop, I've never had a problem calling, but also keep in mind that they are preparing for SEMA on top of all of this..

It's no big deal, just stating my experience. Talked to the owner several times, each time he made a commitment to get back to me and failed to do so. Talked to a nice lady who confirmed that they were understaffed, she committed to get back to me and never did so.

Like I said, they are obviously doing something right to be that busy and I wish them the best of luck. I am in Kerrville every other week helping take care of family and was excited to hear of a place that might help me with my Raptor. It just didn't work out.
