Quick dumb question ... when installing Deavers you have to cut the stock rear bolt next to the gas tank. I assume Deavers hardware comes with a new rear bolt?

yes, you do have to cut the bolt or drop the tank. My deavers came with a replacement for the front, i wasn't there when my buddy did the back so i can't say for sure about that.

You'll have to cut passenger side too unless you drop the exhaust or have aftermarket exhaust that may not be a problem.

Oops, ya. I forgot. I have Kooks long tubes and duals so there was no hanger on the passenger side.

In any case, It is real easy to cut them out. 5 minutes, two sharp blades (just in case).

I stand by what I said above.

The stock exhaust is an issue and needs to be dropped if you don't want to cut the bolt head off the front bolt.

Key word is stock exhaust.

I will second that. DROP it, MUCH faster than cut, at least in my case. Took me 30 minutes to cut the driver side, used 3 heavy duty metal blade...

I dropped the tank on mine and it was cake. As long as u don't have 20+ gallons, then it gets a lil tricky

On second thought, might be easier to just cut the bolt
