My experience with these markups is that they aren't really gonna get charged. I went looking around at what dealership could give me the best deal. I went to two dealerships without markups and one that had a 10k markup on three almost identical trucks. I had them all write up a deal and they all came in within $500 bucks of each other, even the dealer that had markups.
They seemed to have thrown the markup out as soon as they knew I was actually interested

You obviously don't live in Southern California. I was laughed at by three different dealerships even when I told them I was buying one at MSRP. Their response was "we don't sell raptors at MSRP". Truth is some idiot will pay the mark up over here.

hahahahaha.... So I bought my 13 about a year ago and HB Ford had two 2012s on the lot and they still had a $10k mark up on trucks that were a year old. They wouldn't budge so I walked away. They were one of the dealerships that told me raptors just dont sell at MSRP. Looks like HB Ford is still a joke. :ROFLJest:
