What's the trick to reinstall the two front bumper covers?

So I pried them off easy, but they don't seem to want to go back on. I see the four plastic tabs, so I try putting the cover back on from the top, and then use a thin screwdriver to make sure the bottom tabs fold forward, but they won't catch.

Any wisdom to share with me?

Pull the mount off. Then add the pads and re install.

Does the mount pull of or are there screws? I tried pull it off but they didn't seem like they were budging.

I had to take the mount off to get mine back on. Taking the bumper off is easiest way and using a combination ratchet wrench worked like a champ to get the mounts off.
