It's a German "tuner" company. Those companies are well known for charging crazy prices.

Anyone wanting those mods could come to the US, take a great vacation while having their US-purchased Raptor modified at one or more specialty aftermarket companies and save a ton of Euros or dollars.

Hey, that's a new business we can start. American delivery of modified Raptors for foreigners. Let's call it "Go FRF Yourself."

That would not work. Import duties, vat, bpm taxes, sales tax etc. would make the car/truck as expensive if not more expensive compared to a European bought vehicle.

It would work if it's, as you say, as expensive or more expensive because they'd get (1) a vacation in the USA, (2) a Raptor built the way they want it by the best, most knowledgeable companies, and (3) they'd be able to drive it here in the SoCal deserts where the Raptor was born.

It's like why Americans go to Europe to buy their German cars and drive them on the autobahn.

I guess I did not make it clear enough. Buying the truck in the U.S., modifying it (prob will not pass euro inspection as it is much more stringent than U.S.), importing it and paying all applicable taxes and vehicle modifications for registration is prohibitively expensive. That is assuming you will be able to register the vehicle. You will be better off buying the vehicle in Europe and modifying it to your tastes there. The European tax system is setup so this import "scheme" does not work.

PS: Americans don't buy European cars in Germany. It is an American car with European delivery (strict rules apply).
PSS: As a European I have some experience with this process.

Found this on the internet this morning. Don't know if anyone here has seen this before. Can't say as I like the lift or the 22" wheels, but the execution of the rest of the truck is interesting...
