Throwing on the intake system today, I chose to go with the oiled Airaid. I know almost everyone on this site has their own personal preference on intakes, but having owned almost every brand personally, it was an easy choice for me. I was pretty impressed and surprised at the size of the filter, but especially how it was designed to drop down into the intake to fill the entire space. Many intake companies use universal filters. I have a pre-filter as well that will be used when the truck is in the dunes or dez.

Took roughly 20 minutes to install. I brought the truck over to a friends house last night to install it in his heated garage, only to find out he didn't have any torx bits to remove the MAF. After opening the package today I quickly found included in the box was a torx bit.
The Airaid reuses the bottom portion of the stock intake. The stock clamps hold down the tube side, while the other side has tabs that slide into the stock lower box. New bolts are supplied to hold the MAF in.
Two bolts hold the tube into the heat shield.
I had to reassemble the heat shield once to make sure it fit over the lower box.
Installed.

New BFGs are the same width. They may appear thinner because they aren't mounted and don't have the weight of the truck squishing them.

I chose to go with the MBRP stainless 3.5" dumped exhaust. I wanted a dumped exhaust and I was either going to go with the magnaflow offroad system or this. MBRP makes quality stuff and their prices are reasonable, but I was really happy when i read it was a 3.5". It's the same size exhaust that came on my 6.2L chevy stock.
Used a cordless 3/8" impact gun to remove the front rusted bolts(amazing tool). The install was pretty straight forward. Ran into a little trouble when trying to weave the stock exhaust out and over the axel.
We jacked the truck up to allow more clearance to twist the exhaust. The mid pipe and tips were stuck together, so we opted for a portable band-saw that my buddy had in his work van. It cut the pipes in a few seconds. Had to cut 12" off the new mid pipe because my truck is a 2010 super cab w/ 6.2. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit, because MBRP lists it only working on the 2011+ raptors.
As for sound, I think it is as good as you are going to get without having an x-pipe and true duals. It is very quiet and cruising speeds w/ a very slight drone. My stock exhaust had some drone and I would consider them comparable in that aspect. It really wakes up when you stomp on the peddle though. You can actually physically feel the sound.
The Muffler doesn't look very large in this picture, but it is probably a good 2' long. It's pretty massive.

Wheels arrived today which gave me motivation to work on getting the coilovers to mid-perch. The set screws were frozen and wouldn't budge with PB-Blaster or heat. Ended up removing the coilovers so I could work the perch up off the truck.
The strength it took to remove the lower shock bolt......FFS....I was actually giggling because in the 15ish years of being a mechanic, I've never had to crank on something like that.
The wheels and tires should be on tomorrow.
