Feeler: Carbon fiber wide body kit

I'd like to see this as an option. Not sure if I'm ever going to go there at this point, but would like to see what real CF can do for us.

after talking with my designer he thinks he can make the liners incorporated out of carbon fiber as well.

Wiz was discussing some cf in another thread and it sounds like if it's the right material it would be alright.

Generally Carbon Fiber is stronger than metal with the same thickness. As for damaging as long as the resin and clear are strong enough and made correctly there should be no issues.

Carbon Fiber fenders

We actually made a set for a customer in Dubai, he was very happy with them.
We did not make the liners though, the reason is they would get ruined when hit by a rock, regardless of how think the gelcoat is.
We have been manufacturing fiberglass and carbon parts for almost 20 years and know what can happen when a rock hits it.

I would be interested I am planning on accenting with carbon fiber when the new scab gets here
