Hey everyone,

First, I apologize if this is in the wrong spot.. not really sure where it would go.

Our tenants will moving so we are looking for new renters..

The condo is in Mission Hills, right above the Q and super easy access to all area freeways.

I've attached the flyer for anyone who may be interested. If you happen to know someone who's looking, I'd be grateful if you'd pass this along.

Here's a link to the CL post.

I am amazed at the rental prices in San Diego. I was looking at buying a block of eight condos about 200 yards from the beach, and figured out what the profits would be and could not trust my figures. Insane!!!

Yea the rents can be nuts.. but you can find good places for rent in great locations, just have to know where to look.

As with anyplace, there are those landlords who seem to always milk their tenants for every penny and then there are those who like to find god tenants and leave them alone.. Taking stability over the absolute top dollar rent. We fall in the latter category and have had several long term tenants because of that fact.

Thanks for the kind words and please spread the word if you all know of anyone looking.
