I just got a call from my dealer- My order from 3/14 WON'T build with nav as of today. He's got one on the lot fully loaded that he wants to sell me today for about 1200 over invoice $50300k (we originally agreed on 1000 over invoice $48100 for my order)

Is he blowing smoke up my ass about the not building with nav in order to push me into the more expensive one, or did ford truly cancel all nav builds?

And HI!

My was ordered 3/11 no VIN yet . But my dealer called someone in the Ford system and said I would get one. But who knows. If Ford would build the retail orders in the way they were received I'd have it by now.

Sounds like a fair price. The nuclear disaster in Japan is getting worse, so I'd think the supply problem is real. Factory NAV is nice to have; if you like the color get the keys.

It is a fair price- I was just a little too pissed yesterday to let it sink in. I pulled the trigger this morning and will be picking up my new Raptor tonight! :peace:

I believe if you do the sync set-up at the dealership, the Travel Link is comped for three years. Looks like the condenser mics for voice command are in the headliner near the free ends of the sunvisors.

Nav isn't really a major issue when you can go into your nearest bestbuy and buy a Garmin or Tomtom nav for $200
