Say what you want but I totally agree with Ford with this. They give you a card when you buy the truck that has the master code, you can use that and program your own which I have done on all of my Ford vehicles.

I for one love the fact that nobody can remotely unlock my vehicle from anywhere. Just imagine what could happen if the master computer at GM screws up or a disgruntled
employee and all of a sudden every on star enabled vehicle is un locked?

I usually try to be very understanding... But dude! You left your keys everywhere but where they should be. It's no one fault but your own. Sorry. Take responsibility for your self.

Believe me, I've done it too. But I didn't try to blame someone else. And, in small faint print, I didn't go on the Internet and tell the world!

If you need someone to look after you, maybe you need a GM.

I carry the card with the unlock code in my wallet.

Xs2, Exactly keep keycard on you!

I love this keypad. I have always learned the code right away. I don't like caring my keys when I go hunting or working out at the gym.

Your stealership and Ford did nothing wrong.

Sometimes we have take responsibility for our action(s), and quit trying to make it someone else's fault!

They offered to send out a pop-a-lock dude. What more do you want?

They won't damage your car getting into it...

Buddy your just a moron with nothing better to do than bash a product everyone here loves. Ford gives you every tool needed in case your keys get locked in your truck (a spare, master key code, ability to set your own key code in case the master is too hard for you to remember etc.) It was your ignorance that made you get locked out of your truck, nobody else's. So my suggestion to you is if you like Onstar with GM get rid of your raptor and get a Chevy, I'm sure your whining about poor customer service will go well with all the other GM owners who hate their rides also.

So let me get this (YOU) left your keys at work. (You) did not track your door code given to YOU on date of purchase. (YOU) did not ave the other set of keys located in a place to easily access them in case (YOU) lost your first set. (You) made decisions to satisfy your needs and did not concern (YOU) with the ramifications of those decisions. (YOU) tried to get the dealer involved to help (YOU) and Ford corporation does not make it easy for them to have the information. I prefer it that way. SO (YOU) are mad at everyone else for not doing anything, because I draw this conclusion it turns out (YOU) are the problem...
