How much farther up do these sit than the stick ones?

dave i remember seeing a picture of them on a truck cant find it would you be able to post it up equipped on the truck? they look awesome ,are the going to go into the frame so the truck can be jacked up by them?

they are mounted about 1 1/2 inches higher than stock
