I let my Sirius subscription run out and got a flyer saying they were having a two week preview. I turn it on an get a "No Signal". I was getting intermittent "no signal" messages right before it ran out. I have checked the wires in the dash and can't find anything loose. I checked the antenna and it has a crack in the back of it. I would like to take it off to have a better look.

Anyone have any idea how to take it off? I have checked some of the other F-150 forums out there with no luck.

What is needed to drop the headliner on one side? Remove weather-stripping, A-pillar trim piece, anything else?

damn took you long enough. at least it was covered under warranty. dropping the headliner is a pain. you run the risk of creasing it if you dont take everything off.

They did a really good job. The backside of the antenna was cracked. My presumption is that it corroded on the inside. I didn't renew my Sirius, so I wasn't in a hurry to get it fixed but wanted it done before the warranty ran out. The dealer turned it back on.
