P219B after sparkplug change

I recently changed my sparkplugs on my 2014 Roush Raptor. After which I threw a bunch of codes but got most of them resolved (P115E; P2098; P219B). I got the throttle body cleaned and found that the original shop that installed the plugs left a vacuum hose disconnected which got reconnected when the throttle body was cleaned. The code that is sticking around is p219B and its killing me. I have changed all the plugs to what JDM suggests the NGK 6510 at .030 I then changed both bank 2's front and back o2 sensors, then I replaced the fuel injectors. When the injectors got replaced we noticed an exhaust leak but they tightened the manifold on bank 2 side and that went away you cannot hear the exhaust leak on start up anymore. I am still getting this this P219B code the only symptom I am getting that I have noticed is after driving when I put the truck in park the idle tries to find itself (RPM needle dances) for a bit then it levels off. The only other thing I somewhat notice is that I can hear a whistle sometimes its very faint and it makes me think vacuum leak but where. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I feel I am just dumping money into this thing in all the wrong places.

I would get a smoke test done, this will reveal any leaking connections.

I also suspect the Canister Purge Valve, this is a common issue.
It's a fairly inexpensive ($60) part to change out.

awesome thank you for the response I will order a new canister purge valve now and try that just to check is this the part number you are talking about 9U5Z-9C915-BE. Also the shop I took it too said they did a smoke test and didn't see anything but I can try that again. I will try both things you said

This is the purge valve. Replaced mine with only 10,000 miles.
I can't find my receipt with the part number, but you should be able to get that on Fordparts website.

awesome thank you for the help I am going to give this a shot will pick up the part after work and try it out. Now once I replace it, do I reset all the codes and reset the KAM? or can I let it work itself out and see if the CEL turns off once things go back to normal?

Clear the codes, otherwise it takes three drive cycles to clear.
I don't think you need to do a battery disconnect to reset the KAM.

Alright sounds good, I replaced the valve as mentioned. But before I did I unplugged the power to the valve and the house that goes to the gas tank. I've read about testing to see if it's stuck open by putting your finger on the end when it's running. If you feel suction it's stuck open and the part is bad, I didn't feel suction so I don't think it's stuck open, it did throw a new evap code I haven't seen, obviously that's because it was disconnected and I'm not worried about that code. I will clear the codes and I'll drive tomorrow to see if there p219b comes back I get to drive over Eisenhower tunnel and that drive has routinely triggered the problem so I should know tomorrow if this purge canister valve was the culprit.
