I was just about to spend the money on the bumper plugs above but thought I'd check Lowes before I put out $32 for simple plugs.

Long story short they have nylon hole plugs that fill the hole and come as close to matching our bumper color without being exact. They look great and are barely noticeable.

Part is Hillman 5/16" nylon hole plugs, and can be found in the hardware section.
