Gen 1 Front Drivers side Lean

Hey everyone,
So I am already aware of the Raptor lean, due to soft suspension and gas tank on the drivers side....but it looks like this causes the rear to ride lower. Can this cause the front to also be low ? I’ve got just over 1/2” lean on the drivers side front. The shocks are brand new fox 2.0 with a mid perch setting. I apologize for the redundancy, but it seems like everything talks about the rear lean, not the front. Without taking everything apart, is there a way to make sure nothing is wrong ? I don’t see any oil on the shock, and like I said they are brand new with 15k on them. Thanks!

The springs are what hold the truck at height and tire pressure. Check that the springs are sitting in the perch properly and start measuring from the bottom of the lower control arm to the ground on both sides and then from the bottom of the upper control arm to the ground on both sides, see where the difference is and report back. Pictures would be nice too!

36 gallons of fuel @6.3 lbs = 226 lbs. The tank is mounted somewhat in the middle of the truck. If the weight is distributed evenly front/back thats 113 lbs. Stock spring rate is 550lbs per inch, so you would see about .2 of an inch of compression on a full tank (assuming the truck was balanced side to side to begin with). Fuel tank is inside the frame rails though, and a bit towards the back so you won't see the full effect of this.

I went out and measured my truck, it sits high on the drivers side. No idea why, never noticed it until I just now measured.

If you have a lean now that you didn't before one of a few things is happening: Your springs are sagged on one side, your springs aren't in their perches properly, your wheel was turned one way or the other when you did the measurements, your truck wasn't on a perfectly level, perfectly flat surface, you have a tire that is over or under inflated, you have weight in the truck that is throwing off the distribution, high tide, or your truck just wasn't perfect side to side to begin with. 1/2" is not much.

Springs are measuring 11.25", Tires at 45psi each, appears to be seated in the collar (3/4" from bottom perch)

Ben, 1/2" is a lot when its all you can see Its a 3/4 tank but the measurements seem consistent regardless tank full.

It looks like that spring has collapsed a bit on the first spring picture( drivers side front) from the first coil at the bottom, both look seated properly though. So that would be your half inch in the front. Those are Geisers springs too, not stock. I don't think it's a horrendous problem though. I'm no expert either bro. I would just live with it.

How the spring sits in the hat will make a difference, it really can only be one way down low. Swap the front shocks and see if does it.

Could also be the gas charge on that side is low.
