Seat Bottom Cover

Can someone please tell me how this snaps back into place? My seat cover came loose from the front and I need to re-secure it but cant figure out how the flaps snap back onto the frame.

There should be a bar that the plastic piece rolls over under the seat. That said it looks like the black plastic part is broken. Looks like it is cracked across the full width. It that is the case you need a new cover.

I had same issue. I tried several times to re-attach it but no luck.

Took it to the dealer and they fixed it, BUT within two weeks as I was moving about in the seat it popped lose.

I guess I will bring it up at my next service.

Mine is the same way it bugs the crap out of me. But not enough to pay to have it fixed.

Mine also is the same way, dealership said the replacement would be $590 for a NEW cover. I said "my cover is fine" its the clips that are the problem. and the CLIPS you don't manufacture do you. You SUB out the work to a third party who "leathers" the seats. I plan on going to them direct.

Had the same issue. Dealer installed some new clip to secure it. Nonissues since. Said it was a Ford method. Who knows

Ford sent mine out to an upholstery shop and they put hog rings all around the bottom. Warranty fix

I have a 2014 and have the same issue. The front plastic piece on the driver’s seat snapped off on the console side before my taking ownership.

Every time I get in and out it pops off. I figured I would just buy a new/NOS leather and foam seat bottom as the OEM is squished from the previous owners.
