Front end clink clank noise differential

Why did they replace the front diff?

It almost sounds like a tire rubbing on something also. Can you feel it in the steering wheel?

@FordTechOne Hi, sorry to bother you again, but any clues on what this could be?

No prob. From the video, it sounds like a rotating component getting caught on a heat shield; it doesn’t sounds like a noise coming from a component internal to an assembly. Since it only occurs when turning, I’d recommend turning the steering to full lock in both directions and inspecting under the truck for contact between the tires and anything in the wheel wells.
