AI have it front mounted, Warn 9.5XP, didn't really affect handling, but it did lower the front end about 3/4". Admittedly, I went from the stock bumper to the full winch bumper with winch and dual Rigid lights. The bumper is 1/4" aluminum, so only 40 lbs heavier than the stock bumper, but the winch with steel cable and a steel hawse fairlead (I had both a roller and hawse farilead, but the hawse was just a little lighter, so I went with that).
You could go with synthetic winch line and an aluminum hawse fairlead would probably save you around 40 lbs versus steel cable and steel fairlead.

A receiver winch has some issues with angles and stress on a receiver, plus you have to put a front receiver on the truck, which will block the OE intercooler location. I went with a Buckstop bumper, that kept the intercooler in the stock location. I have a CVFab intercooler to install in the stock location, just haven't gotten around to installing it yet. Also, have a set of leveling collars for the front to get the front back up or slightly higher than stock...been thinking I may go with Eibach springs instead though.
