Been working on installing my @OffroadAlliance.com triple bezel kit. Just need to get them wired up and aimed now. Driving/combo inside, SAE in the middle, and S1 wide cornering ambers on the outside.

Will be installing the exact same setup this weekend... any pro tips or lessons learned??

How do you find the output as compared to the stock headlights?
Too early to say - last night they were pointed straight down. I had to adjust them at my trusty wall a few blocks up from my house, only drove a couple blocks so far with them adjusted properly. Let's just say they are crisper than stock but I live in Hollywood so street lights are everywhere... I will report back with more night seat time.

Exact same set up as mine. Your really going like them. ORA is the best. Did you install the optional back covers for them? If you didn't I highly recommend them. They're worth the extra time to put on. It really cleans up the install and protects the back from mud and debris.

I was going to get them, but they were out of stock and said they would be for a few months. I'll get some whenever they are back in stock.

Can you tell me how they attach? I know they attach to the liner, but how? All I can find online is a pic of the backside, none of how they mount.

For me, getting the bezels on was a PITA. The lights go on pretty easily once the bezels are installed. I can tell you I ended up using the following spacers and washers:

  • On the Driving/Combo and the SAEs, I used 2 thick washers, spacer, and a thin washer above the bracket and a thin washer below the bracket, along with the locking nut.
  • On the S1s, I used 2 thick washers and a thin washer above the bracket, and a thin washer below the bracket, along with the locking nut.
Of course it may differ for you, but that's what worked for me. I also bought some longer bolts today because with all of the above, I had about a single thread left and didn't like that.

Yes. You just have to drill some holes and they provide the push clips to push them in. Pretty easy. I'll post some pics later tonight so you can see.

For me was having someone hold on to the gasket. When I would tighten the housing down the gasket would get snagged. I would tighten slowly. Once the gasket was in place and could not move out place you can tighten down normally.

Nice to see quite a few others putting in ORA bezels too! When I bought the truck it already had the bezels and the amber S1s, so all I needed to do was add the 3inch cubes.

I went back and forth between BDs yellow lens and ORA orange lens to match the factory lighting. I ended up with the BD yellow, but know the orange looks great, too. I may switch at some point if I get bored with it.

They use plastic fasteners, but I found it very awkward to try and use them and get everything lined up right.

Instead I just drilled some holes and used black zip ties. A couple on the "side" and 3 on the top. Super easy. Down the road if I have to remove one, just snip the zip ties and voila.
