Cruiser RV Stryker 2313
Dry weight: 6,700
Tongue weight: 860 (This is what the manufacture states however seems like its less. Will pick up a scale and weigh it)
Overall length: 27.5ft
Double axle
Running a round bar style weight distribution hitch. Cant remember the brand.

Truck has deaver +3s with SVC bump stops. Did not adjust/lower the bump stops yet.

I have access to a diesel and will most likely be towing with that especially if I am putting anything heavy inside however I think the raptor could tow it fine without any toys in the back if I just want to take the truck out to cal city for the weekend and have somewhere to sleep. I only towed it back to my house from the dealer but I was really surprised/impressed how the truck handled it.

Towing Behind Motor Home...

They make aftermarket "base plates" that attach to the front of the truck where the tow hooks were mounted. They're hidden when not in use. I reworked the tow hooks, welded on a tube so they slip back into the base plates when not towing the Raptor.

Most all 4x4 Ford trucks are towable four down. Shift into neutral and then go to the dash and "enable" tow. Connect the tow bar and you're ready to tow. There is also an auxiliary braking system installed that uses the air brakes from my motor home to proportionally operate the brakes on the Raptor.

The Raptor is pretty easy to tow, but is heavy at 6100 pounds. Once underway, my motor home with 450 HP and 1250 torque doesn't really care that it's back there. The Raptor is fun to use when visiting National Parks and other campgrounds with off road trails.

Have you done anything to the front end or just the Deavers in the rear? I am planning to do Deavers but I really like how the truck sits now. Do you have side view pics without the trailer to show how it sits with the deavers?

Here's how it's attached. The base plates are made by Roadmaster and are about $400.00. My next project will be to build a push bar that fits in those base plate holes, so it's removable when I tow the truck.20200525_143614.jpg 20200525_143937.jpg 20200515_144058.jpg

I really like that. I plan on towing mine with a Class-a in the next couple of years but this removal of the tow hooks was one reason I was thinking of trailering it instead of flat towing. So the rubber pieces around the hooks just get tossed? If I flat tow I plan on the Roadmaster 524431-5 Direct Connect Tow Bar Baseplate and the Roadmaster 422 Blackhawk 2 All-Terrain Tow Bar. That is the same baseplate you have right? This is such a great idea. I wish Roadmaster would offer such. You might be able to sell this?

Thanks for showing us.
