I left the switch off unless I hooked my boat. It wont come on unless the upfitter switch was on. Have you checked for leaks? My was good, and would hold 5psi. The compressor would only come on when I added more psi on the controller.

Yes if it's running by itself when on it should reach and hold the preset PSI.

If it runs again, you've a leak. Check all fittings with a bottle of Windex, after you shake the bottle well as it will spray bubbles making it easy, to detect a leak. Spray all connections.

I'd do that or just re-tape all fittings.

Any idea who has the best prices for the Load Lifter 5000 #89413 kit and the EZ Mount Wireless compressor #74000EZ kit? Also on the Daystar cradles? Getting ready to do this before cars show and lake seasons....

I bought the airlift kit from sd truck springs. They had the best price, but it was on back order and took about 2 months or so to get it. They did give me an extra 5% off though. I bought the compressor through amazon, it was in stock and the best price I found.

Thanks for the tip--I'll check with them. Wonder if any supporting vendors on here carry them?

Which model is which? Do you have parts # for both? I am on the fence of getting a set for my next camping trips. Also what would be a better choice, air bags or Deavers +3? The only thing I am doing is load up for camping trips, skiing, light overlanding and every day driving. Suspension is stock right now, I do have a Bedrack, bed roller cover and some gears which I kept inside the bed. Any suggestions?

Deaver +3s are not for carrying more weight and they will lift the back 1” higher than stock. To match the +3s you will need to add Geiser Progressive springs or something similar up front. Then, you might as well go to 37s with a smaller wheel offset because your 35s will look too small...

If you want to increase the carrying capacity and your are planning to level the front for bigger wheels anyway, you should consider Deaver +3 HDs. They will be stiffer when the truck is empty, but allow you to carry 500 to 1000 lbs more weight.

If all of that is too much, just go with the airbags which keeps your truck the same height and allows you to keep your factory wheels and tires.

You could also do Deaver +2 HDs which will give you all of the benefits of Deavers without lifting the rear any further.
