Missing some toofers

Happy days! How does it feel with the trac bar?

Consensus with shop is pinion broke one tooth off. That was the noise I was hearing . Plus large tooth i found when i pulled cover. When i launched it hard , it broke the others. Bearings all seemed ok visually.

Track bar , Have not hit the go peddle very hard , when i had it on before it defiantly keeps axle from wrapping. It does stiffen up back when your on the throttle . I will remove when i go on runs , But street driving it will stay on. We will see how it acts i have not had the track bar on with the rxt before plus with leaf removed its a lot softer in the back now . See when i start hammering it later in week.

Update , everything seems to be good. I did some more than half throttle launches and pulls pretty good. Still have not WOT it. Took it for short 80 mph drive on interstate. Seems good so far . Taking it back next Wednesday or Thursday for 500 mile retorque and differential oil change so they can inspect.

Update 2 . WOT it couple times in last 24hrs . 1st old lady in New BMW ahead of me moved to left into middle turning lane. Then as i driving in my lane decides to swerve back into my lane . i thought for sure i was going to hit hit her. Alcon brakes did their job. I layed on the horn and she swerved back into middle turning lane . Got next to her and gassed it Toyos MT were clawing on the asphalt. This morning coming to work 3am coworker caught up to me , she has 2020 gmc denali 1500 lifted with 6.2. We punched off . I Took the lead. moved into her lane let out of it passing slow semi and a curve ahead . She was catching up to me on my tail . After curve i hit it again . It pulled really hard 3rd and 4th gears left her far behind let out somewhere past 100 mph. Slowed down to turn into work , she caught back up . She parked next to me . She said WTF your new Raptor is fast as hell and this old one is faster . We raced before in my 2019. I Just laughed i told her you know all my vehicles are fast , we both worked here 30 years. I guess everything is good to go . Go in for inspection and retorque thursday morning. i will have 500 miles on it.

So i drop Gen 2 at dealer yesterday after work , for an alignment and install LCA cam bolts. Don't ask story for another day . LOL Driving to work this morning GEN1 3rd to 2nd downshift getting on it , something popped hard almost like a IWE pop. Get to work and get flashlight out , Broke a weld on the anti wrap track bar , tube separated from top mount. I will pull off tomorrow and modify . Dropping boost back down also , done breaking **** . LOL Pictures to follow.

That should not happen... Who's trac bars are these?

I will take it to work and have one of the structural welders weld it up and add reinforcement strap top and bottom. It was custom made 8 years ago . It does look like bottom part of weld been cracked for some time some minor rust on the weld.

Got it welded up today , got a beefy weld on it now. Plus added top strap. Welder said I didn't need top strap but still wanted it on just cuz . Got home put couple coats of black steel it paint drying now.
