Deaver upgrade to add payload - do I need leveling kit, too?

All stock. With the leer cap, the rear dropped 3/4”.

All depends on what you want for rake. Adding the +3 will give you 0.25" more rake than stock (with the cap), so that may work for you. If it were me, I'd do a collar in the front, but thats me.

That would probably work. Original stock height is fine for me. I just don’t want any more sag if I haul anything and want better handling in rear.

I have the deavers +2 and aextra leaf for towing, also added rpg 1.5 collars to level. Great upgrade, handling, ride and towing all improved.

Sounds like Deaver +2 HD with a 1.5" front collar might get you where you want to be? levelled a little, able to carry more load, but still a little nose down.

I run Deaver +3 with a 2.25" collar and it is a bit nose down.

I have standard deaver +3s

I love the ride. Similar to stock , but they are progressive so when you take a big hit, they get stiffer. Losing the wheel hop as well as the rear chattter toward the ditch was huge for me.

It was small utility trailer with a tongue weight of 3-400 lbs depending on what I was carrying. The truck did just fine.

Just for fun, I put my 6800 lb TT with a 900 lb tongue weight on the back and my rear dropped more than 2” on its own. With my RPG Stage 3 bump stop kit which has 2” Fox Bump Stops at 60 lbs, 4” bump stop extensions and a Blue Ox WDH, I was able to tow the same TT reasonably well. It sagged less than an inch, but I would not recommend towing that much weight with a Raptor for long distances.
