I am having issues with the rep calling me back as well. It has been about a month since I sent them pictures like they requested and I have reached out twice and still no response.

Very disappointing!

I called the other day and the issue was my email was too big so the tech rep never received it. I resent it and he has received it. It looks like the communication is back on, thanks for the help.

Because of this thread I had ended up cancelling my order over the phone due to:
A) All the problems they don't seem to be able to figure out how to fix.
B) Mishimoto's really ****** communication about back orders.

They charged my credit anyways and shipped out a catch can, so now I have to deal with customer service to cancel the order or return it when it gets here. Joy. 100% going with the JLT instead.

Over a year later I am tired of constantly getting a check engine light from the mishimoto catch can.

@Mishimoto any updates on the CEL for evap codes?
If not, can I get my money back?
