Hello there,

So, I installed the +3Deavers on my 2013 SCrew 3weeks ago, I installed them for better performance, lift, and because the OEM had a lot of squeaking sounds that I hated, and no matter what I did it comes back after a couple of days always, on whatever speed it was.

So, after using it for 3 weeks, on and offroad .. I started to hear some squeaking going on, not that major one compared to the OEM ones, a little squeak which is not always there, only a few times, on Low speeds

is it normal to be squeaking? or the workshop that installed it forgot to do something?

anyone had the problem and fixed it for good? Any advice in general?

Thanks in advance,

Are you storming around in the desert a lot, wondering if there is a lot of sand stuck in-between the leafs, maybe try washing them with the truck jacked up and the rear end hanging.

Nah not really, went to the desert twice, total driving was 2hrs max, with low speeds as well..
will try to do so, but isn't washing the car from down is a bad idea? thought washing is bad for the frame, suspension as it might get rusted due to paint peeling off

The frame isn't going to rust out from pressure washing with soap and water, now the springs on the other hand could eventually, I always spray with Fluid Film after it dries off, but that's because of where I live. Do you live by the ocean or in an area with a lot of moisture?

I see .. yeah I live in an area where humidity is +95% in the summer, and even in winter its usually foggy ..
any idea if Deavers need to be greased in some parts before installation? I didn't check yet, but I think the shop that installed it might forgot greasing (if its required)
or maybe OEM shackles/points of connection on the truck need to be done?

Read this thread link, very good info on how to install the springs properly.

White lithium grease is what deaver recommended to me. No more squeaks. Been a year without them!
