NO. Absolutely not. They are properly organized by size, which is more obvious by feel than monetary order. I mean, next you’ll be championing giving pennies more monetary value to increase their self esteem. Then the nickels and dimes are like ‘whoa there, buddy, you can’t just make pennies more valuable, that’s our thing’ Then the pennies get mad because the silver coins don’t like them. AND... did you notice there is no slot for the Susan B Anthony dollar coin? What’s up with that Ford? Got something against women?

So I’m thinking best to leave coin organization alone, lest we have a full on coin uprising.

That's just silly. Pennies know darn well that what they lack in monetary value, they make up for in volume. Every pocket is going to have more pennies than anything else. It's science. They are the worker coins and the world doesn't turn without them. Or maybe they are completely useless...not sure. And Nickels? They're fat and lazy. All that size and weight and only worth 5 cents? Pathetic. Dimes are where it's at. Like an V6TT to a V8, less weight and more power. Quarters though, they are not the most efficient, but they have still managed to dominate the market anyway.

Who the *** has coins???

That's not the point!

Did you do the cigar power cable for your radio install underneath in the console?

Yeah, I chopped a bunch of the length out of it though. I also had to do a bit more trimming on the divider because it started to vibrate and pull the plug out I think, which i also think lead to me burning up one of the connectors because it wasnt fully seated. I was going to do a writeup because its so easy in these trucks and is really nice to have, but hosting pics and doing it right seemed like more work than any buddy cared to see.

I see, you hacked a lot, looks clean tho! I have both types of power cables from PCI, think I’m going the easy route like you did. Quick question about the antenna coax... how did you route that thru the console? I’ve already got it ran up top my drivers seat. I want to run it under the carpet and drill a hole or take the console apart. Did you do that and is it possible? Thanks

Sorry to hijack, but...I mounted the antenna on the front drivers corner of the bed, against the cab and ran it up the passenger side. Routed it up around front of the front passenger seat to lose some of the 5' of excess coax I had without coiling it up. On the passenger side of the console there's a little cutout on the bottom you can see if you push your passenger seat all the way forward. I think I drilled out a hole in the floor of the console and fished the end up through it on that side. Didnt even need to pull the console out, just the bottom liner inside and drill a hole big enough for it with a step-bit. PS that wasnt the final cable routing haha

Yeah, I took a pic, then ended up re-running it. It's all in the door sills under the trim and then under the carpet around the front seat frame, then comes back inside of the console, all under the carpet.

Here's a picture of the TrekPak 1500, the biggest difference in the 1500 and the 1400 is the front part (left of the 12v where you can see a trailer adapter and a leatherman) is not divided as part of the TrekPak on the 1400. The 1400 is also a little taller (deeper dividers) it's just one open part of the glovebox. You could even get more detailed if you wanted to customize the fit for the raised plastic areas on the sides, I kept those open for a foam flashlight holder and napkin stash.
