My brakes a squealing with only 22k miles. Is there an easy way to check brake pad thickness? I assume you need to pull the wheels off to inspect the pads.

You might be able a squeeze an inspection mirror inside the barrel and take a peek. Easier to pull the wheel and rotate your tires while you're at it.
