Yeah plug n play for the baja designs, probably 3 hrs total from start to finish. All of the plastic poped off fairly easy to my surprise. Getting the pass through wires out took longest. 1st time I used those wires for any lights. I did not hook it up for reverse though just basic hook up and Amber's to upfitter.

If you want all of them on one switch then you’ll need to wire in a relay rated at the total amperage of all the lights. Then you can use a 5 amp up fitter to act as the signal to turn on the relay. There is no reason to use 3 switches for a pocket kit if you do it right and don’t rush.

After @The Car Stereo Company posted a how to wire like a champ guide, I went ahead and got myself a heat gun and some heat shrink to redo my fog light wiring. Please don't flame my amateur hour first attempt, really happy with how V2 ended up, finished it up with a wrap of electrical tape. Looks a lot better and feels more secure so kudos for that helpful guide.

Non step equipped tailgates do not include any damping? They will just freely drop?

The dampening is only included on the 802a models regardless of whether you have a tailgate step. In other words, he doesn’t have an 802a.

Installed CVF Titan IC, Boomba adapter, and ADD Pro Bolt On v2.

Need to talk to ADD on Monday about the 2 bolts they include to replace in the IC mounting bracket. The instructions conveniently leave out the steps for holding up the IC while running the new bolts through the skid plate and mounting bracket.


Soooo with my CVF install in the OE bumper, I had no room between the elbow and the BOV to install the adapter. Right now it's close to touching even without it. I have the Agency Power version which looks to be produced by whoever is making the Boomba. How close is yours?

It was snug for sure but all went back together as expected in that area, even had the usual hose blow off after the first WOT run.

My issue is that to install the bolts through the new ADD skid plate and IC mounting bracket I somehow need to hold the IC in place while attaching the skid, adding the spacers and finishing with the bolt. I’m guessing it works ok with the OEM IC that weighs 3lbs and will stay in place with just the hoses but with the much heavier ICs I’m not sure what to do.
