What did you do to your Raptor today? (Gen2)

Finished with these Christmas gifts. SDHQ mounts with XL 80's. This mod was a pain. Getting those harnesses under the cowl was a pain, but we'll worth it in the end. Amber Rock guards and spot lenses. Thank you @OffroadAlliance.com

Installed my @OffroadAlliance.com Triple Bezel kit over the Christmas break. Great customer service by Offroad Alliance. Went with Diode Dynamics SAE Fog, SAE Driving, and a Baja Dynamics Wide cornering.

Truck looks good, do you have a lift? what size tires you running

Installed and wired my S8 bar. Got my S1s on too.





Couldn’t get the headlight trim to snap back in fully. That will have to wait until warmer weather since it was like 30* today.

I absolutely hate weather pack connectors. I wish BD went with Deutsch connectors.

Got Pro Eagles new 2.0 mounting plate. I always appreciate companies when they continue to make tweaks and strife to improve their products. Also, got their polyurethane pads, which ought to be a lot more durable than their standard rubber version. Also, bought their grab handle, but that wouldn’t fit correctly on the jack, so should be getting a new one.

I just have Eibach springs up front and the tires are 35s.

If your including the 3-ton Kratos jack, I probably have $700-$750 in everything. It’s a lot of money, but there’s not a better jack that money can buy—especially if you off-road. I’ve used it to take off the entire front and rear suspension of my Gen 1 and I’ve used it to switch out the entire rear differential assembly on an SUV of mine. Buy once, cry once

I used my 3 ton to lift my raptor, on a 3700 lb trailer when I got a double delamination on the trailer tires. I also had the raptor full of everything I had brought to support a 1500 mile ExO trip with 15 Trucks attending, an extra spare for my super duty, plus two trailer spares.

The "3 ton" jack lifted every bit of 6000 lbs, so yeah, they REALLY do lift the rated weight. I used the jack for another year. I finally cracked the arm when I needed to use it as a "sled" to get a truck with a Really mangled rear hubout of the desert for a buddy. I truck the raptor over whoops for about 5 miles.

After that, I used it for another year, and just retired it.


I got my money's worth. As said, buy once, cry once. I've never used a more reliable, super-tough floor jack. Ever.
