Just a thought. Turn off the location when you take the picture. They may try to verify when and where it was taken.

I used to get police supply catalogs. Always remember one of the products was a "tint-o-meter" used to measure the darkness of window tint. In the description of the product they mention "Perfect for that probable cause stop".

Every Texas inspection station has one, if they don't like it they warn you to fix it by next year. My Tacoma has FL dark tinting and has failed 5 times. Every year the kid smiles and says, "you know the spiel"

Get a tripod. Take a photo with the windows up. Roll them down. Take another photo. Select the highlights in the windows when they're up. Add them to the other photo. Done.

Then move to a better state because the next time they spot you out and about you'll be arrested if they find out you lied to a police officer.

Also, I'd say providing the photo isn't aiding and abetting. The act of turning it in and acting like it's your own truck would be the illegal portion in this instance—but IANAL.
