Dustan, Are you running 37's on yours? Also, are hydra bumpstops not needed on the front?

I've been running svc's setup for 2 years now.

1. if you don't want to do anything to the front, get deaver +2s and move on.

2. I HATE the aftermarket spring option. The shocks arent designed for them, you get no additional dampening and you essentially are stuck with whatever ride height they produce on your truck.

3. SVC doesn't use front bumps on their midtravel kit because TBH, they arent necessary. a 2.5/3.5 setup is plenty of shock and when tuned properly, you don't need a hydro bump. They have jounce bumps on the coilovers if you have a pucker moment.

4. since you're in Houston, Give texas motorworx a call. they are in Dallas. they sell a lot of different kit, including SVC. Theyll sort you proper. They built 90% of my truck. you can trust them.

Ugh... Why would you run collars over springs in the front??? Because svc doesn't make a front spring?? Lol

because every truck is different and the CAS lets you adjust preload and ride height to get it perfect.

with springs, you get what you get. I've seen the aftermarket springs cause the shock shaft to pull out of the body.

If you're gonna beat on the truck, modify it properly, or leave it stock.

The shaft to pull out of the shock or the entire shock pull out of the strut mount?

The only thing a spacer is going to do is lift the front end, the ride will be practically the same especially if offroading. A different spring would make much more difference, whether linear or progressive.

buying the truck is the "cheap" part.
Raptors are like women. When you’re testing the waters and fooling around trying to pick which one you like, they don’t cost a thing. Lock one in, sign some papers, and she’s all yours for a nice a nice chunk of change upfront. But...pound on her a little too hard and expensive things suddenly start falling out of her, things you just have to dump more money in year after year. Until one day...you’re ready to move on. And bam! Half your investment seemingly disappeared in thin air. But the dirty, dirty memories...they will always be there.

**** this bourbon is great.

Got the setup installed and the ride is noticeably better on the street as the truck is not nearly as soft or squishy. Off road it’s a lot more stable and responsive. I’m now considering upgrading to the SVC Performance Pack 1
