2018. Volume worked yesterday and it doesn’t today. Neither the steering wheel or the knob, irrespective of souce. Any ideas?

Sounds like it might be broken. 
Did you try holding down the fast forward button and the Power button at the same time for 5 seconds to do a reset?

Thank you for the reply. Tried this and even went into test mode. No change. Disconnected negative battery for 5 min reconnected and it worked. Got in truck this am and no volume control. Stick at min and it will not change with the knob or the steering wheel control
